Today nothing much to say about only whole day slack and Miss Ang never come haha=D Here are Wad I did in the home-econ,I took the photo haha is all things I used and wad is it look like after I cook.....=) ![]() Here are all the ingredients(for 2 person): 3 eggs,1/4 chicken stock cube+250 ml hot water=250ml chicken stock,2/more prawns or other,1 shitake mushroom-thinly sliced,some chopped spring onions to garnish,1/3 teaspoon salt,1 teaspoon soya sauce and Dash of white pepper... ![]() ![]() ![]() Equipment:2 small metal bowls,1 large bowl,1 teaspoon,1 tablespoon,1 sieve and 1 steamer Method: 1.Crack eggs in a bowl and beat. 2.Mix the eggs with the chicken stock,salt,soya suace and pepper and strain mixture through sieve. 3.Dice prawns(or other) and slice the shitake mushroom.Divide evenly between the two small bowl like this: ![]() 3.1:and pour the egg mixture over the prawn(or other) and mushroom. 4.Break any air bubbles on the surface with a chopstick. 5.Place in the steamer and steam over GENTLE HEAT for 10MINUTES. ![]() ![]() This is wad after 10minutes,I taste it quite nice le u all can try =D,after cooked u may put the spring onion in as many as u like,it u feel not enough u can put some soya sourse!!of course the best soya sourse to add into this Japense food is the Japenes soya sourse:) : ![]() okey la I tell u all first next week I am learning to cook fried rice hehe I think i will be nice ok la I tired already SIGN OFF HERE~~ |
