Just finished the YOGA.....I did LEVEL 3 YOGA(Level 3 yoga actually for the people who did yoga for at least 1 year)
The action quite hard but I still did it.When the lesson ended the teacher say I did well.
HAHAHAHA...I was so happy that I did ittttttt....I lost 3 kg!!!!!!!!In one hour time I lost 3kg,unbeliveable...
After that I wan to eat my lunch that was already 4pm hahahaha.....
Monday I m going to do one more yoga....again one hour hopefully I can lost more weight....
hahahahaha
Today I m so happy....but a little thing happened is that my phone was break into two><>< T.T
I need buy one new phone hope I can buy one iphone hahahahaha
okok.....so I will sign off by here
ar......one more thing i have to say is that sunday I may going to Honfg kong disney land......
